Key UX designer for all energy products.

At Neudesic I lead UX initiatives for enterprise products and AI-driven solutions while managing and mentoring a team of designers. I guide their day-to-day work through regular design reviews, career planning sessions, and personalized training programs to help them grow their skills and approach complex UX and business challenges with confidence. I also led the redesign of a therapy management platform by unifying multiple schedulers and improving information architecture, creating a tablet-first experience that reduced time to task and improved transparency for clinicians. In addition, I drove the design of a Gen AI-powered document insight tool that helped investment professionals quickly extract critical data, significantly reducing research time and improving decision-making speed.

At Medica, I supported the digital experience team in designing and optimizing user interactions across public-facing and authenticated healthcare platforms. I contributed to multiple initiatives including member and broker portals, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to simplify complex processes. I maintained and evolved the design system and Sketch asset library to ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability across devices. Working closely with digital operations, content, product, and marketing teams, I helped enhance user journeys for shoppers, members, providers, employers, and brokers. I also designed App Store visual assets for the Dean Health Plan mobile app to improve its mobile presence and user engagement.

At Optym I directed UX for LoadOps, a complex B2B SaaS transportation management system, as well as its companion driver mobile app. I led a global team of six designers and implemented design systems, pod structures, and evaluation frameworks to improve team performance and product scalability. I collaborated closely with product and engineering teams to balance business value and feasibility, introduced UX best practices to the team, and oversaw discovery efforts that shaped workflows and AI-driven features like load optimization and dispatching.

I led design and discovery for enterprise tools across industries including healthcare, retail, logistics, and consulting. I designed over 13 internal applications for MD Anderson Cancer Center, including tools with complex data visualizations that supported research teams. I also created a unified design system for those tools to streamline development and ensure consistency. I contributed interactive prototypes, facilitated workshops with clients like Home Depot, Bain & Company, Pepsi, and Volvo Trucks, and worked closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions that improved operational efficiency.

Developed, maintained, and upgraded accounting management software that was tailored specifically for the oil and gas industry. Working in an agile environment, I utilized a variety of technologies, including Ruby on Rails, Go Language, CoffeeScript, SQL, BackBone.js, HTML5, and CSS3 to create software solutions that met the specificity of accounting practices.
